One fee: 1.00% a year, billed quarterly in arrears.
The fee is calculated on account value at quarter end and deducted from your custodial account. Third party costs appear on your custodian statements.

Partial quarters are pro-rated by days under management.
Fees are deducted directly from your custodial account.
You authorize this deduction in the advisory agreement.
We charge no performance-based fees.

Either party may terminate the agreement as described in the advisory agreement.
Fees for a final partial quarter are pro-rated and any unearned prepaid fee is refunded.
